Add model card, metadata and usage instructions

Hi! I'm Niels from the Hugging Face community science team. I noticed this model repository was missing a detailed model card and some metadata tags.
This PR adds:
- The
roboticspipeline tag to improve discoverability. - A link to the paper: World Action Models are Zero-shot Policies.
- Links to the project page and GitHub repository.
- Installation and inference server instructions based on the official README.
